The Executive Office of Environmental Affairs administers and creates policy for the departments, commissions, and the authorities concerned with the natural resources of Massachusetts. Series is maintained by its secretary for long-term planning and reorganization within the executive office relating to protection and regulation of the environment. It documents lobbying and liaison activities between departments within the agency and other state agencies, municipalities, and the federal government.
